现将《关于参加广东科协论坛第72期报告会的通知》(粤食学[2016]第15号)转发给大家,请特别关注。

本次活动由广东省科学技术协会主办,广东省食品学会承办,于2016年10月28日(周五)上午09:30在广东科学馆举办(地址:广州市连新路171号,中山纪念堂西侧)。报告会由中国工程院院士朱蓓薇教授作“我国水产品产业的创新与发展”主题报告。本次报告,广东省食品学会可为参会人员出具“学时证明”。

朱蓓薇院士简介

    朱蓓薇,中国工程院院士,大连工业大学食品学院教授,博士生导师,食品工程领域专家。1982年毕业于大连工业大学(原大连轻工业学院)食品工程系,2004年获日本冈山大学博士学位。国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心主任,大连工业大学学术委员会主任。兼任第七届国务院学位委员会评议组召集人(食品科学与工程学科),中国科学技术协会第九届全国委员会常务委员,中国轻工业联合会第四届特邀副会长,国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)海洋技术领域主题专家,第一届农业部农产品加工业专家委员会副主任委员,中国食品科学技术学会常务理事,辽宁省食品科学技术学会理事长等。长期致力于农产品、水产品精深加工的基础理论和应用研究,主持国家973计划前期研究专项、国家“十三五”重点研发专项、国家“十二五”863计划项目、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划、国际合作重大项目、国家农转资金计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目等纵向课题30余项。在食品的精深加工技术方面取得了一系列创新性成果。作为第一完成人,获2005年国家技术发明二等奖、2010年国家科技进步二等奖、2008年何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖、2009年大连市科学技术功勋奖。获2012年全国五一劳动奖章、2010年全国优秀科技工作者、2008年全国三八红旗手等荣誉称号。出版《海珍品加工理论与技术的研究》等学术著作9部。发表学术论文170余篇。获国际、国内授权发明专利50多项。


CV of academician Beiwei Zhu

Beiwei Zhu, academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, is professor and doctoral supervisor at Collage of Food Science, Dalian Polytechnic University (DLPU). She is a specialist in the field of food engineering. She graduated from the Department of Food Engineering, DLPU (originally named Dalian Institute of Light Industry) in 1982 and obtained her doctoral degree at Okayama University, Japan in 2004. She is the director of National Engineering Research Center of Seafood and the president of Academic Committee of DLPU. She is also the convener of Evaluation Panel of the Seventh State Council Degree Committee (for the specialty of Food Science and Technology), Standing Committee Member of the Ninth National Science and Technology Association, Special Vice-Chairman of the Fourth Light Industry Union, the Topic Specialist in Marine Technology Area for 863 Program, vice-chairman of the First Specialist Committee of Agricultural Product Processing, Executive Member of Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, Executive Director of Liaoning Institute of Food Science and Technology, etc. Prof. Zhu is long-term committed to basic theory and application research on deep processing of agro- and aquatic-product. She has taken the lead in more than 30 national projects including National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program), the 13th Five Years National Key Research Project, the 12th Five Years National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), the 11th Five Years National Science and Technology Support Program, International S&T Cooperation Program of China, Agriculture Science Technology Achievement Transformation Fund, National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. Prof. Zhu has made a series of innovative achievements in food deep processing. As the host of many completed projects, she was awarded the 2nd Prize for National Technological Invention in 2005 and the 2nd Prize for National Science and Technology Progress in 2010, Science and Technology Award of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation 2008 and Dalian Municipality Science and Technology Award in 2009. She was awarded many honorary titles, including the National "May 1" Labour Medal in 2012, National Excellent Scientist in 2010 and the national "March 8 Red-Banner Holders" in 2008, etc. She is the chief editor of 9 works including the book Research on Theory and Technology of Precious Seafood Processing, has published more than 170 papers and been authorized more than 50 international or domestic patents.
